Notwithstanding anything contained in the law in force, the case shall not be dismissed even if any party, to whom a Notice has already been served, has lapsed such time-limit of
the Notice or any party, who was pursuing the date of presence, has given up the date of presence and the proceedings and adjudication (disposal) of the case shall be made on the basis of the evidences as examined.
